How long does it take to receive results after submitting my application?
Our team carefully considers each one based on our current hiring needs, and if your qualifications are a strong match, you’ll hear from us soon. If you don’t receive an update within 2-3 weeks, it may mean we’ve moved forward with other candidates this time. But don’t worry—either way, you’ll receive an email update from us.
How soon after the interview will I know if I’m selected?
You will be informed of the timeframe for the results after your interview. Typically, results are released within 24 hours.
If I am hired, how long will it take before I start working with a client?
Once you’re hired at Core, the timeline for matching you with a client depends on client demand and your unique skillset. Typically, this process takes between 1-3 weeks. We’ll be here every step of the way to find the right match as quickly as possible and will keep you updated!
What support do I get once I’m matched with a client?
Here at Core Virtual Solutions, we’re here to support you every step of the way! You’ll have access to valuable resources, applicable training, and guidance from our team. If any challenges arise with your client or tasks, our dedicated support team is ready to help you resolve them quickly.
Do you provide work equipment for your VAs?

As a remote worker, you’ll need a primary and backup computer or laptop with up-to-date software, a reliable high-speed internet connection, and a headset with a webcam. For a detailed list of all required specifications, please check out our system requirements here.

How does payment work?
We make sure you’re paid on time and according to schedule, with payments processed bi-weekly on the 10th and 25th of each month (PST). Our company handles client billing and payments, so you can count on a consistent paycheck based on the agreed-upon rate and hours worked.
What is the expected work schedule?
Your work schedule will be tailored to fit the needs of each client. Some roles align with regular business hours, while others offer flexibility to work across different time zones. We’ll review the specific details during your interview to ensure a schedule that works for you!
Is this a remote job?
Yes, all our Virtual Assistant and Support roles are remote. You’ll be able to work from the comfort of your home, provided you have a quiet, dedicated workspace and a reliable internet connection.
Can I still apply even if I have no VA experience?
Currently, we only offer VMA positions to those with prior experience. No worries, you may submit your application as soon as you gather enough experience in the Virtual Medical Assistance field.
